This workshop is operated by Noreen Masaki, a higly qualified young business woman. She has a Bachelor Degree of Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University of Tanzania. She completed her lapidary training in 2006 with an Instructor Certificate at SEAMIC and holds a Lapidary Instructor Certificate by Free Form Artists Switzerland.
